Our shed is one foot from the common brick block wall. Around neighbor hood that seems to be the norm, but our neighbor says violates CCR's. Is there a way to move the shed?

Our shed is one foot from the common brick block wall. Around neighbor hood that seems to be the norm, but our neighbor says violates CCR's. Is there a way to move the shed?

I am looking into buying one of their spacesaver sheds and since it is made of Baked-on enamel finish on galvanized steel for longer life and rust resistance I was wondering it when it rains - Does it make alot of noise when the rain hits it?? I am wondering if it is better to go with a hard plastic shed instead but, I do prefer the Arrow Shed. Thank you.

We are moving about 12 miles away to a new house, and we have 2 10x 12 metal storage sheds, that we want to keep. We obviously don't want to take them apart. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
