First thing: No gold! It won't go with the turquoise. I reckon some nice silver earrings and a silver bracelet, just simple ones, nothing too over the top.

Usually, a black dress looks good when you make it look simple. I would suggest a nice pair of earrings or a diamond stud and a simple clutch bag. Perhaps you can put aside the necklace as it may not go well with a formal black dress I think.
It's difficult to say what exactly goes and what doesn't as you don't have a picture of your dress but in general, I think it'll be nice and relatively easy to pull off a sophisticated look with a black dress. Try not to over-accessorize.

is the dress more fun with a busy print or classy and all black? if the turquoise necklace is like your statement piece, you maybe could wear some silver jewelry with hints of turquoise in it. possibly a silver cocktail ring with a turquoise stone or silver teardrop earrings? and a black bag or clutch! :)
