I'm doing a research product and I need to figure out (from a credible source) how many trucks it take to get the food from where it grew, was raised or picked to my table. This includes the trucks that it took to transport every aspect form the raw food to the plastic wrap and cardboard box. Pleas help me find a credible source for this information.
