Storage sheds can be how close to common fences in California?
Our shed is one foot from the common brick block wall. Around neighbor hood that seems to be the norm, but our neighbor says violates CCR's. Is there a way to move the shed?

How long has the shed been there? If it is over 30 years, then your neighbors may be s%^t out of luck b/c it could be grandfathered in. If it was installed more recently, then you may need to move it. In most areas, sheds are 2-3 feet from property lines. And yes, sheds can be moved. So can houses. But the cost is expensive.
