I had the same problem last year. I found a guy who re-upholsters car seats etc.He gave me a much better deal than going and buying one. And I didn't have to go anywhere. He came to the house. Of course I was willing to go with some material he had in stock, which made it more affordable.

I have the same swing and had to replace the canopy and cushion. I got them both at walmart, but after thinking I should of just bought a new swing, it cost more to buy the replacements than I paid 2yrs ago for the entire thing. go on walmart.com and price them.
